1. Refund Policy

This covers the mandatory 14-day window but makes the process strict for the customer.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

  • Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Diminished Value: If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing original tags, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by the costs required to restore the item to its original condition.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns sent with "cash on delivery" (COD) services.

  • Return Process: To start a return, you must contact us at crisisnpeace@gmail.com. We will provide you with specific instructions and the return address.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
