SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING ESTIMATES AND DELAYS

  • Due to our direct-to-consumer fulfillment model, standard delivery times typically range from 10 to 20 business days.

  • All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal service disruptions, or international logistical constraints.

  • Your inability to receive the package within these estimated timeframes does not constitute a valid ground for an immediate refund outside of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

SECTION 2 - EXTENDED DELIVERY WINDOW

  • While our standard delivery estimate is 10–20 business days, international logistics may occasionally result in delivery times exceeding this window.

  • In accordance with applicable consumer laws, we commit to delivering your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of order confirmation.

  • A delivery period exceeding 20 business days does not automatically entitle the customer to a cancellation or refund, provided the item is still in transit and within the 30-day statutory window.

  • If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days, you may contact us to request a cancellation of the contract. If the package is already in the hands of the local carrier in your destination country, we may require you to wait for the final delivery attempt before a refund is processed.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Orders shipped outside of the fulfillment origin may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • All additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in the return of the package to the sender does not qualify for a full refund; any return shipping fees or penalties incurred will be deducted from your final credit.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF LOSS

  • All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

  • This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are claimed as not received by the customer.

  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address. We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect address information provided at checkout.

SECTION 5 - LOGISTICS OF RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

  • In the event of a return within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation.

  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

SECTION 6 - CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

  • If a returned item is received in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new (e.g., worn, washed, stained by makeup/deodorant, or missing original tags), we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a significant restocking fee representing the diminished value of the goods.

SECTION 7 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Once an order has been processed and sent to our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • If you wish to return the item, you must wait until the package is delivered and then initiate a formal return at your own expense, subject to the conditions in Section 5 and Section 6.
